A lot about Tampa & a little about me

I moved my family here, so I get how big this decision is.

As someone who chose to relocate their family to Tampa a few years ago, I understand the work that goes into making that final decision. I've been on your side of it.

I work with you the way I'd want someone to work with my best friend.

That's the whole bar for me. Honest help, factual, nothing exaggerated. I'm a normal person trying to do right by my clients, not sell you anything you don't want.

When we look at homes, we talk more about your life than your countertops. The commute you'll actually do, where you want to be on a weekend, how a block feels when you stand on it. The house matters. The fit matters more.

  • I'll tell you the truth, even when it's "keep looking."
  • We look past the photos: condition, flood-zone questions, insurance, and what it's like to live there.
  • If you're selling, I'll tell you what's worth fixing and what's a waste of money.

Tampa wasn't always home for me either.

I grew up in a military family and moved more times than I can count, so a new city and a fresh start are familiar territory. Then my husband and I chose Tampa for our own family, and I learned it the way you're about to: from the outside in.

Before we moved here, I didn't realize there are so many different pockets of neighborhoods, and every one has its own feel. Learning that firsthand is exactly why I can shortcut it for you now.

If your life might move again

If there's any chance you could get reassigned or moved, I'll keep one eye on resale. Not just the most perfect house today, but something that would be a clean, quick sell if your life changes in a year. That's the lens I'd want for myself.

Just honest help.

The thing I care about most is that none of this ever feels like a sales pitch. No exaggerated claims, no urgency games, no clickbait. Just what I'd actually tell a friend over coffee.

Buying or selling is a busy, stressful season. I'm happy to take anything off your plate that I can. That's most of the job, honestly.

People usually come to me when

  • They're moving to Tampa and want an honest read on which area fits.
  • They want move-in ready but aren't sure what "ready" really means for roof, HVAC, and insurance.
  • They're selling and want straight talk on prep, price, and timing.
  • They're weighing a few South Tampa spots and want a real tour plan, not a scramble.
